Compliance Reports
An architect, surveyor, or engineer issues a certificate of compliance to attest that they have overseen your construction project and that it has been built in accordance with building and planning regulations.
If this wasn’t finished during the construction phase, you will be asked to provide it when your property is sold or financed. Most building projects, including all additions and structural alterations to an existing property, call for a certificate of compliance.
