Every time a commercial property or a unit therein is put up for sale or rent, a Commercial BER Cert is necessary. One of our Assessors will come to your property and perform a thorough on-site survey to record the information necessary to create a Commercial BER cert.

Additionally noted are the areas of the floors, walls, ceilings, and window and door openings. The Assessor will look into the systems for heating, hot water, lighting, and insulation in buildings.

Our Assessors will begin working on the assessment once the survey is finished once they return to the office. A final rating is computed after all the data has been entered and verified. From A1 to G, the ratings are given, with A1 being the highest. An advisory report is also required in addition to a BER Cert.
