Eilis Carroll and Ryan Carroll are the owners and Directors of Leinster Property Consultants and Leinster property Assessors.
Ryan has over 20 years’ experience in the property sector holding significant Management and Directory roles within this sector. Ryan is endorsed by various leading national companies including State, Private and Charity organisations within this sector of work. Ryan is a fully qualified and registered Building Surveyor along with additional qualifications in Management, Teaching, Insurance and Social Science. Ryan has successfully taken the lead on various projects of significance. Ryan is a registered licensed agent with the PSRA and registered member of IPAV.
Eilis has over 20 years’ experience in residential services, holding CEO and Director level posts in the private residential sector, with a dynamic range of experience in the public, private, community and charity residential services. Eilis is endorsed by national experts in her specific field. Eilis holds master’s Qualification and Honours Degree as well as additional QQI qualifications in Business and Management. Eilis is a qualified trainer with some of her research published in her area of expertise. Eilis has completed the renown London PINTAB Associates Assessment of Leadership, Capacity and Management. Eilis holds additional expert qualifications in Business, Real estate and Valuation, is a registered licensed estate agent with the PSRA and a registered member of IPAV.
Jason Monaghan is Manging Director in Leinster Property Assessors. Jason background is building surveying as well as qualifications in the energy field, with Jason being our most Senior Energy Consultant. Jason has been with Leinster property Assessors since its establishment. Jason has been a core part of the companies ongoing development and progression.
Eilis and Ryan established Leinster Property Assessors in 2018 and due to its success expanded the company by establishing Leinster Property Consultants, Estate Agents. Ryan and Eilis, live local in the community of Ardee. Eilis and Ryan have invested heavily in establishing a local team that hold significant weight in terms of professional qualification and attainment in this sector to date, to ensure their community and wider customers are provided with the highest quality service.

Leinster Property Assessors, LPA was established in 2018 providing various building surveying services, property management services and energy consultancy. We, like many businesses were impacted by the COVID-19 pandemic that hit the country in early 2020, however we strongly believe that our dedicated appreciation to the communities that support us, our family culture and our professional focused motivation helped us continue to develop and grow our services.
